At HaleemaSwimwear.com, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Pleaseread the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Making a purchase
At HaleemaSwimwear.com, we are not able to amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via whatsapp/sms to +603 4747100
Orders that have been shipped are ineligible for cancellation and the Returns Policy becomes applicable (see below). Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded within three business days of cancelling the order.
We post all orders made before 2pm, Monday – Sunday on the same day via Poslaju and J&T. Poslaju makes deliveries from Mondays – Saturdays excluding local public holidays (Malaysia) while J&T makes deliveries everyday except on Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%. For International orders, usually we use Aramex and EMS (PosLaju).
All payments have to be made by means specified by HaleemaSwimwear.com. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We strive to provide the best service and hope all our customers are satisfied with our products. At HaleemaSwimwear.com, all purchases are guaranteed and customers are allowed to change size or design if found to be less suitable for personal reason.
1) Exchange can be made by informing us via email [email protected] or whatsapp / sms to + 6013 4747100 within 3 days of receipt of the item and repost within 7 days
2) Each item you wish to exchange for the personal reasons must be sent to HaleemaSwimwear within 7 days. Item exchange must be accompanied by a purchase receipt.
3) Once sent, the customer is required to inform the tracking number of return item for our information.
4) Shipping costs will be borne by customer if the reason for the conversion is from the customer who:
1. Change size
2. Change the design
5) Customers are encouraged to use POSLAJU services
6) Returned item must be in original condition.
• The dress is perfectly folded.
• The tag must remain intact
• The shirt is not damaged / no alteration
• The plastic cover is not torn / lost
• Still within Warranty Period (7 Days)
The clothes are still UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED..
7) HaleemaSwimwear.com will examine each returned item MUST meet the specific criteria. If our panel finds the received item does not meet the above criteria, the return request will be cancelled. And the item will be returned to the customer after the customer settles the POSLAJU fee again.
Please note that there may be a 0 – 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. We try our best to portray all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
All returns will be processed up to 3 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
HaleemaSwimwear.com is not liable for HaleemaSwimwear items purchased from a third party merchant.
Usage of the site
HaleemaSwimwear.com may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to HaleemaSwimwear.com and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
