Cancellation, Shipping and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via whatsapp/sms to +603 4747100

Orders that have been shipped are ineligible for cancellation and the Returns Policy becomes applicable (see below). Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded within three business days of cancelling the order.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship the product within 1 working days after receiving the order via Pos Laju . Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have packed your order, you can check it next day. If you have not received the tracking no within 3 working days, please contact or whatsapp to +60134747100For international delivery, we usually use Pos Malaysia.
We charge based on Registered Mail/Air Shipping (2-3 weeks) & Pos Laju International (4-7days) postage fees. Click here to view more information on Pos Laju International Shipping.

Return Policy

We strive to provide the best service and hope all our customers are satisfied with our products. At, all purchases are guaranteed and customers are allowed to change size or design if found to be less suitable for personal reason.

Return Policy
1) Exchange can be made by informing us via email or whatsapp / sms to + 6013 4747100 within 3 days of receipt of the item and repost within 7 days

2) Each item you wish to exchange for the personal reasons must be sent to HaleemaSwimwear within 7 days. Item exchange must be accompanied by a purchase receipt.

3) Once sent, the customer is required to inform the tracking number of return item for our information.

4) Shipping costs will be borne by customer if the reason for the conversion is from the customer who:
1. Change size
2. Change the design
3. The product does not conform to taste

5) Customers are encouraged to use POSLAJU services

7) Returned item must be in original condition.
• The dress is perfectly folded.
• The tag must remain intact
• The shirt is not damaged / no alteration
• The plastic cover is not torn / lost
• Still within Warranty Period (7 Days)

  • The clothes are still not used / not worn/ not washed

8) will examine each returned item MUST meet the specific criteria. If our panel finds the received item does not meet the above criteria, the return request will be cancelled. And the item will be returned to the customer after the customer settles the POSLAJU fee again.
